Q: When will my order ship?

A:  All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 months for your products to ship.All tracking info will be sent out the moment they are shipped. Orders often ship sooner but we would like to give customers a realistic time frame. 

Q: Can I order from outside the US?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. If you don't see your zone at checkout, contact us and we'll add it for you.

Q: How do I clean my items?

A: Garment care is in the description of each item. Products made of Vernum Material can be wiped with a clorox/wet wipe. Mask, gloves, hats are best cleaned washing on cold and hanged to dry. Jackets and outerwear should be handwashed. 

Q: Does Vernum material melt?

A: Vernum material is durable, weatherproof, and flexible. Material does not melt.
